Refund Policy

Consumer Refund Notice

For Good(s) or Service(s) rendered by Hyperion Systems:
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund. The date of receipt is as specified on the purchase receipt.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, free from signs of wear, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send any product back to the manufacturer, if applicable.

If you have ordered services that remain unused and 30 days have elapsed since the receipt of your order, please contact a member of our team. We will review your situation and discuss available options with you.

Additional Information on Refund and/or Cancellation:
Upon placing an order for any service, you will receive a confirmation request which must be acknowledged within 14 days. If we do not receive your confirmation within this timeframe, your order will be automatically refunded in full, and you will need to place a new order. Should you fail to confirm for a second time on a subsequent order, please be advised that you will not be permitted to place further orders in the future.
